For the Turnaround, P5 is open according to the schedule below for individual instructions, crediting the Digital Safety Passport (DSP) and validating access to the Botlek Business Park site.

Turnaround instructions - online available
To gain access to the Botlek Business Park, employees must be in possession of the following instructions:
- Deltalinqs Gate Instruction
- LSR Business Park Botlek instruction
- Nobian TA2025 instruction
If you do not have a valid instruction or if it expires shortly, we would like to ask you to view the instruction in advance. The instructions are available via the ‘Turn Around instructions’ button.
Please note: the tests that accompany the instructions can only be taken on-site.
By viewing the instructions in advance, you will save a lot of time during onboarding.
Viewing these instructions in advance and taking the tests on-site is your own responsibility.
Work permit training
Work permit training for permit holders during TA2025
The training is mandatory for everyone who will collect a work permit during the TA and takes place in weeks 10 and 11.
The training can be followed online (via Teams) or at Nobian location and is offered in two languages (NL & ENG). Participants can be registered via the planning tool. After the training, participants will receive a (helmet) sticker with which permits can be collected.
The invitations with the exact location/room and Teams link per session will be sent to the participants by email via Nobian’s secretariat at least 24 hours in advance.
Please note: all participants for the on-site training must register in advance as a visitor via www.bedrijvenparkbotlek.nl/aanmelden- Visitor.
Planningstool
The number of places for following the instructions is limited, therefore registration via the planning tool is necessary. It is not possible to follow the instruction without registration. In case of absence without prior notice, costs will be charged. Inform the employees well about the correct location, date and time to avoid misunderstandings.
The following fields are mandatory to complete the registration:
- First name + last name participant
- Participant’s date of birth
- Main contractor (subcontractors work on behalf of the contractor)
- Agreement processing personal data (privacy policy)
- After registering via the tool, you will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail
Login planners
Registration via the planning tool is only possible if you are registered as a planner and have received a login code from us. Login codes are only provided to (or at the request of) main contractors.
After you have completed the registration, you will receive a confirmation of the reservation in your mailbox. Please note: if you do not receive a confirmation, it may have ended up in your spam/junk mail.
