The following steps are taken for this:
- Request contract
(if there is not yet a contract between SL and the contractor company)* - Request DSP card via Secure Online
- Request large numbers of DSPs via Bulk Input.
The contact person of the contractor company provides the necessary data in an Excel list. - SL ensures that the requests are ready in Secure Online
- Time frame processing DSP request and delivery: approximately 8 working days
(*excluding contract request – approximately 7 days)

- German and Belgian VCA must be entered manually by the employer
- SL checks the data for correctness
- Time frame: approximately 3 days
