Welcome by the TA manager
Welcome to the onboarding for the TARBO 2023 at LyondellBasell, Botlek location.
In the onboarding you will be told what we do and what we expect from you to ensure that we bring this Turn Around to a good and safe end together.
I want you and everyone working during this Turn Around to be able to do their job in a safe manner.
We, for our part, are doing everything we can to make this possible, rest assured.
What do I expect from you:
- You follow the rules in this area!
- We work safely or we don’t!
- Before you start work: check whether you can perform your work safely and whether there are no activities in your working environment that can cause danger (LMRA).
- Speak to each other in case of unsafe behavior or unsafe situations. I want you to help others to work safely!
- Do you doubt whether the work can be carried out safely? STOP the work and consult with your manager.
- Are working conditions changing? STOP the work and consult with your manager.
I am convinced that we can carry out this Turn Around without accidents.
We are 100% committed to this and expect the same from you.
GoalZero is achievable and we need you for that!
You have MY support in that.
