Let op: alle deelnemers moeten zijn voorzien van de theoretische onboarding (Deltalinqs Poortinstructie/ LyondellBasell TARBO2023 instructie behaald) voordat zij hieraan kunnen deelnemen!
*Indien een deelnemer in het bezit is van een SOG diploma, komt de theorie toets te vervallen.
Alle deelnemers zijn verplicht PBM’s en een geldig legitimatiebewijs (geen rijbewijs) mee te nemen naar de RDM Training Plant en moeten glad geschoren zijn:
– Overall
– Helm
– Veiligheidsschoenen
– Handschoenen
– Veiligheidsbril

– Independent Respiratory protection theory test*
– Practical assessment Independent Respiratory protection
Please note: all participants must have completed the theoretical onboarding (Deltalinqs Portinstruction/LyondellBasell TARBO2023 instruction) before they can participate!
*If a participant is in possession of a SOG diploma, the theory test will be cancelled.
All participants are required to bring PPE and a valid ID (not a driver’s license) to the RDM Training Plant and must be clean shaven:
– Overall
– Helmet
– Safety shoes
– Gloves
– Safety glasses
